Maintaining joint mobility is an essential part of pain-free movement and physical performance.
The Pocket Physio and its bigger version, the Pocket Physio MAX have been developed by Lockeroom to assist with tight muscle triggering and improving the joint mobility.
When muscles get tight they often cause pain in specific patterns away from the area. Each muscle in the body has a specific referral pain pattern. Locating, and applying pressure to the tightest area of a muscle (the Trigger Point) signals to the muscle to relax and helps relieve the pain it may be causing.
Therapists use their thumbs or elbows to apply pressure. Now you can treat yourself by using the Pocket Physio or Pocket Physio MAX!
Pocket Physio was designed by a leading Australian Physiotherapist, Cameron Lillicrap, who knows what goes on in the locker rooms of elite sport. He has assisted the Australian Wallabies Rugby team and other elite athletes over the years in dealing with muscle strains and injuries and helping sports professionals back to peak condition.
Pocket Physio is a quality product that is guaranteed to work when used in accordance with instructions. It is effective for athletes of all ages and all sports as well as for anyone suffering from muscular pain or muscle tightness.
So, if you are experiencing muscular pains and aches following physical activity, then Pocket Physio is the right choice for home-based Physiotherapy and Trigger Point Therapy.

Both sizes work in the same way but the small one is easier to hold in your hand so is most commonly used for muscles in the shoulder, forearm, knee and foot. Use the larger, Pocket Physio MAX for triggering deeper muscles by sitting on the floor and sliding it under your glutes or lying horizontally on a flat surface and rolling over it to release your hip flexors.
