Shipping & Delivery

Standard Australian Delivery – Australia Post

Lockeroom is pleased to offer a Flat-fee delivery charge of $5.50 Australia-wide on all standard orders. Our aim is to process and dispatch your order within 24hrs, and deliver within 2 – 4 business days. (Please note that delivery times

are indicative only and dependant on Australia Post Delivery Zones)

Wholesale Order Delivery – Courier Only

A Flat-fee Australia-wide delivery charge of $13.00 applies to all wholesale orders up to 20kg. Our aim is to process and dispatch your order within 24hrs, and deliver within 2 – 4 business days. (4 – 8 days for WA)

Wholesale orders require signature on delivery and cannot be sent to a PO Box.

International Order Delivery – Express Courier

Orders requiring shipping to destinations outside Australia are shipped using DHL International Express Courier Door to Door service.

Lockeroom Pty Ltd reserves the right to change postage pricing without notice.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a Manufacturers Warranty on all Lockeroom products. If you receive a product that is faulty we will replace the item at no cost to you. Manufacturers Warranty does not extend to items that have been used.

Queensland’s Fair Trading Act 1989, protects consumers and provides for an equitable, competitive, informed and safe market place. Lockeroom Pty Ltd will make every effort to comply with the terms and spirit of this

and other relevant acts relating to Fair Trading.

Information:

It is not our standard practice to offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We are happy to offer either a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described different from

a sample displayed.

All faults and discrepancies must be reported to us on (07) 38449047 or on info@lockeroomsports.com within 7 working days of receipt of product. Issues reported after this time and without a warranty will be dealt with at the discretion of Lockeroom Pty Ltd

Where issues arise with incorrectly dispatched goods by Lockeroom Pty Ltd, we will rectify at our cost the collection and re dispatch of correct items.

Returns for in correct items ordered by the customer will be accepted with full postage costs being accepted by the customer.

All items returned must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Registered Post is advisable to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery.

For any item returned to us ‘postage to be paid on delivery’ then incurred by Lockeroom Pty Ltd will be deducted from any credit owing to the customer, if orgional order was incorrect by customer.

To organise a return or and Exchange you must call us on +61738449047 and obtain an Exchange/Returns Authorisation Form. This form will detail where to send your item(s) and any charges that may be applicable.

Please Note that you have 7 days from receipt of your order to apply for a Form and Exchange/Return Authorisations which expire 14 days after the issue date. Items received after the expiry date will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.

If we do not receive a stamped address envelope or payment covering the cost of the postal/delivery charge to you – your item will be prepared for collection from Lockeroom, 8 Bailey Street, West End QLD 4101.

Overseas/International Returns:

International customers must contact us in the same way as domestic customers. Postage must be paid by the customer – and return postage (back to you – the customer) must be pre paid at the appropriate rate.

Returns will only be accepted from customers who purchased from Lockeroom Pty Ltd
